The nose is peppery and benefits from decanting, it presents a fine grain and a certain delicacy in its power. The palate is fruity, fresh and offers minerality, good definition, a certain rightness, suppleness, roundness and an airy side in the matter, in its texture and offers good energy and a chiselled side. In mouth this wine notes of juicy/fresh cherry, juicy/pulpy red plum and small notes of juicy/fresh cassis, associated with touches of cassis, as well as a hint of star anise and a subtle hint of olive tree/garrigue. A subtle hint of chocolate in the background. A chiseled, fresh wine.
