St Supéry – Sauvignon Blanc 2023, Dollarhide – Napa Valley

The nose is well-built, precise, guided, driven, ample, gourmand and structured. It reveals notes of crunchy peach, lychee and small notes of zest, associated with fine touches of citrus, as well as discreet hints of white flowers and a hint of grapefruit. The palate is well-built, supple, precise, juicy and offers pulpiness and gourmandise and offers a lovely pulpiness of fruit. In mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy lemon, sweet yuzu and small notes of green peach, associated with touches of bright pink grapefruit as well as a hint of lemon. Good length. Nice freshness.
