The nose is a little reserved at first. After aeration, in mouth this wine expresses the aromas of juicy fruits (morello cherry, wild strawberry, redcurrant jelly, fresh blueberry, crushed raspberry), associated with a refreshing floral and herbaceous framework (rose, peony, lilac, bay leaf, fresh wild mint) and offers a discreet but present gourmet touch of toast, chocolate and spice, which underline the profile of the wine. The palate is fleshy, juicy and reflects the aromas on the nose (morello cherry, wild strawberry, redcurrant jelly, fresh blueberry, crushed raspberry, black fruit jam), complemented by a good bitterness of chocolate and coffee, as well as toasted and grilled wood on the attack, as well as fragrant flowers. The acidity is fresh, salivating. Long finish with notes of herbs (rosemary, menthol) and spices (licorice, cardamom, star anise, tonka bean), associated with a delicious lactic touch. Tannins are fine and straight. A fresh and slender wine and offers a beautiful freshness and harmony.
