The nose is fruity, frank, enveloping and bewitching. It reveals notes of boysenberry, small crushed blue fruits and small notes of crushed raspberry, associated with touches of blue plum as well as fine hints of licorice stick, star anise and tobacco, offering deepness and a lovely sense of the place. The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a tangy frame, tension, precision, freshness, acidulous and energy. In mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/bright blueberry, crushed blue plum and small notes of crushed strawberry, associated with touches of vanilla, toast and tobacco, as well as a hint of small bright cassis and vanilla. Tension, precision and accuracy. An elegant, supple, brilliant wine and offers deepness, fatness, fleshiness but also airiness and offers a lovely tangy persistence.
