The nose is aromatic, fruity, gourmand and offers good definition, complexity, delicacy and offers a beautiful finesse of grain. It reveals notes of wild raspberry, pulpy strawberry and small notes of black berries, associated with touches of graphene, juniper berries, as well as fine notes of violet, brilliant cherry and a hint of black olive. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh and elegant and offers gourmandise, precision, silkiness and a certain delicacy. In mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, violet and small notes of violet plum, associated with touches of licorice stick as well as hints of cornflower. Good length. Finely firm, slightly chalky tannins. Nice deepness and gourmandise. A fine hint of eucalyptus in the background. A wine with a beautiful delicacy of grain.
