St Supéry – Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 – Napa Valley

The nose is aromatic and finely powdered. It reveals notes of violet, camphor and small notes of saffron in its floral side, notes of wild cassis, violet plum, small brilliant/roasted fruits, as well as fine hints of balsamic/black olive. The palate is well-built, supple, precise, juicy and offers pulpiness and brilliance. In mouth this wine expresses notes of small roasted-juicy red berries, juniper berries as well as fine cherry hints, associated with touches of tonka bean and tobacco. A well-built wine, silky and gourmand and offers brilliance and darkness.
