The nose is elegant, airy, racy, deep and delicate all at once. It reveals notes of pulpy blue plum, concentrated blackberry and small notes of small crushed red berries, associated with touches of crushed raspberry, as well as fine hints of racy soil, a discreet sappy note and touches of toast/chocolate. On the palate, the wine is well-built, pulpy and offers gourmandise, a luxuriant side and a certain concentration. In mouth this wine expresses notes of concentrated cassis, small blue berries and small notes of violet, associated with touches of nutmeg, cardamom, as well as hints of small roasted fruits, juniper berries, a sense of the place, and a hint of sappy discreetly eucalyptus. Good length. A fine balsamic side.
