The nose is fruity, concentrated and offers darkness and deepness. It reveals notes of black berries, crushed cassis and small notes of black plum, associated with little touches of elegant roast as well as discreet hints of coffee. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, minerality, a certain deepness, gourmandise and concentration. In mouth this wine expresses notes of concentrated black cassis, black berries and small notes of tonka bean, associated with touches of small roasted-elegant fruits, as well as a subtle hint of thyme, and discreet hints of star anise. Notes of toasted almond. A wine offering gourmandise.
