The nose is fresh, discreet, and aromatic with hints of lime and white peach. It’s also mineral. The second nose opens with delicacy, a slight creaminess, and sapidity. The palate is fresh, tangy, and creamy. There is a hint of toast, almost milk chocolate. There are discreet aromatics of baked apricot and apple. The palate is different from the nose. The finish is round with notes of baked apple and toast.
