The nose is fresh and mineral with a hint of vegetation. The second nose opens with the same mineral side, almost fresh walnut. The nose needs air. Little by little, we smell fruits like grapefruit. The palate is fresh with the same note of fresh walnut accompanied by a hint of banana as well as peach and white grape. The finish is slightly saline, rounded with apricot kernel.
