The nose is fresh and discreet, with notes of fruit such as juicy peach. There is a slight salinity and minerality. The second nose opens with a smoky side and notes of ripe lemon. The palate is fresh and tangy on the attack with a hint of butter and roasted apple. We find ripe lemon and white fig. The finish is slightly saline with bitter almond and a sweet sensation. The tasting ends with a long finish with apricot.
