The nose is fresh and intense with a lovely iodized minerality. There are notes of fruit like peach and always a slightly savory, sapid side. The second nose opens with more fruit with citrus on one side: lemon and pomelo and stone fruits on the other: peach and nectarine. The palate is slightly sparkling on the attack then velvety with fruit: lemon, white peach and a hint of lime zest. There is good acidity. The finish is slightly astringent with a saline touch of lemon blossom and almond.
