The nose is fresh and fruity with a savory touch. There are notes of lemon and mature white flowers. The second nose opens with touches of pink grapefruit and white pepper. The wine needs to breathe. The palate is fresh and tangy on the attack. There are fine notes of toast and butter with hints of fruit. Juicy lemon, peach, and roasted apricot are perceived. There is a slight salinity on the finish that accompanies the salivating finish. We find yellow peach and almond. There is a racy minerality.
