Château Capion – Le Chemin des Garrennes 2022 – AOP Languedoc

Château Capion – Le Chemin des Garrennes 2022 – AOP Languedoc

The first nose is mineral, almost smoky and fresh with notes of toasted almonds and ripe melon. The second nose opens with a hint of white pepper and ripe lemon. The palate is round on the attack with a tangy side that comes later. There are notes of butter, pine sap as well as lemon and juicy peach. The palate is fluid, the finish slightly astringent with a hint of salt. Fruity and fresh, this is an easy-drinking wine.
