The first nose is fresh and delicate with a beautiful minerality. The second nose opens with notes of ripe yellow lemon, baked apple, and pineapple. There is a slight hint of pepper. The palate is fresh and round with good acidity. We find notes of lemon and toasted almond. There is a slight salinity with a hint of juicy yellow peach. The finish is delicate with orange blossom.
