The nose is fresh and fruity with a lovely minerality, almost gazoline-like, with a hint of smoke. The second nose opens with the same intensity. There are notes of apple and lemon. It’s clean. The palate is fresh with a lovely acidity from the start. We find this mineral side with almost licorice notes of apple, pear, and juicy white peach. There’s a lovely salinity on the finish that makes our mouths water. The finish is white peach and green plum. A lovely wine.
