The first nose is discreet and mineral. The second nose opens with ripe peach, orange zest, and apple. The palate is fresh, round, with a certain richness. The aroma is discreet with apple. There are beautiful bitter notes on the finish with a touch of almond and salt. On the palate, we find apple and white grape with its skin.
