Clos del Rey – La Sabina 2024 – AOP Côtes du Roussillon

Clos del Rey – La Sabina 2024 – AOP Côtes du Roussillon

The nose is fresh, mineral, frank, pulpy and offers a flinty side as well as bright/fresh fruit. We find notes of juicy/fresh white peach, fresh mandarin and small notes of small white fruits associated with almost iodine touches. The palate is nicely juicy and fruity and offers gourmandise, a tangy frame, tension, precision, energy as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh kumquat, fresh mandarin and small notes of juicy/pulpy yellow peach associated with touches of crushed apple as well as hints of fresh lychee. Good length. A beautiful juicy, supple, pulpy and gourmand wine with great purity of the fruit. Good persistence.
