Domaine Bisconte Macabeu – Cuvée des cabanes 2024 – IGP Côtes Catalanes

The nose is fresh, precise and offers an airy and frank side. We find notes of white nectarine, apple and small notes of small fruits associated with fine touches of fresh yellow berries, a touch of peach blossom and a hint of fresh apricot blossom. A sandy racy, even granite-like side. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandise, roundness and pulpiness. In mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy apricot, white peach and small notes of small white fruits associated with fine touches of almost fresh verbena/acacia flowers. Good length. A subtle varietal hint in the background.
