The nose is fruity and marked by ripe/fresh citrus. We find notes of lemon caviar associated with a hint of yuzu, fine touches of fresh kumquat as well as fine hints of bright white peach, salinity and a hint of zest. The palate is juicy, fruity and well-balanced and offers a tangy frame, tension, suppleness, precision and gourmandise. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy kumquat, yuzu and small notes of bright white peach associated with touches of lemon caviar as well as fine hints of nutmeg, iodine and olive tree. Good length. This wine offers juiciness and certain pulpiness.
