Domaine La Part des Anges – Parcelle Secrète 2023 – IGP Côtes Catalanes

The nose is fresh, fruity, mineral, ample and offers fruit, delicacy, a certain suppleness and an airy side. Powerful and airy side at the same time. We find notes of pulpy apple, pulpy vine peach and small notes of fresh/juicy grapefruit associated with touches of kumquat, fine hints of fruits jaunes, quenette as well as almost wild fennel hints and a delicate hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers juiciness, gourmandise, a tangy frame, energy, vivacity and a chiselled side. In mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy peach, crisp apple and small notes of fresh kumquat associated with touches of juicy/fresh lemon as well as hints of iodine/salt, flowers, quenette and an almost apricot blossom hint and dry soil. Good length. A discreet schist side. A very slightly sappy wine.
