Terres de Frères – Jarre Chardonnay 2023 – IGP Pays d’Oc

The nose offers fruit, brightness and a certain brilliance of fruit. We find notes of kumquat, small bright yellow fruits and small notes of apricot associated with almost fresh rosemary touches and a discreet fresh butter hint. The palate is beautifully juicy, gourmand, supple, precise and offers beautiful matter, texture, fat, energy and vivacity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy apple, crispy/tangy pear and small notes of juicy/fresh apricot associated with fine hints of mandarin, a subtle, almost blood-orange hint in the background, floral notes and an almost toasted almond hint, sage and salinity. Beautiful racy minerality. Good length.
