L’Âme de mes ancêtres, Domaine de mandourelle – Eth de Toy Chardonnay 2024 – IGP Vallée du Paradis

The nose is fresh, elegant, airy, beautifully melodious and offers a delicate, fat and harmonious texture. Complexity. We find notes of crushed brugnon (creamy, even) and small notes of pulpy mango associated with touches of ripe citrus, a touch of Amalfi lemon, a subtle hint of fresh flowers/fresh sage and a very discreet hint of aromatic herbs. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a good definition, juiciness, suppleness, energy, an airy side as well as a slightly taut structure. It expresses notes of quince, crushed apple and small notes of flat crushed peach associated with touches of mango, almost apricot, subtle hints of almost rosemary and fresh thyme blossom notes in the background. Good length. Round and fat.
