Domaine La Sapiniere – Lovelie 2023 – IGP Cité de Carcassonne

The nose is fresh and offers fruit as well as a fine crispness. We find notes of fresh citrus, a hint of fresh zest and small notes of, notes of small fresh yellow fruits (see Viognier) as well as fine, almost varietal hints in the background. The palate is nicely juicy/fruity and offers freshness, tension, suppleness, a certain fat as well as roundness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of lemon caviar, juicy/pulpy white peach and small notes of small crispy white fruits associated with touches of small juicy/fresh yellow fruits as well as a subtle hint of mandarin. Good length and offers fine varietal/fresh flower hints in the background. A very discreet, almost sappy hint in the background. Fat, round and crispy finish/persistence.
