The nose is fruity and offers freshness, a lovely mineral side as well as a good definition. We find notes of pulpy/juicy peach, quince and small notes of small pulpy/juicy citrus fruits as well as fine, almost verbena-like hints. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, well-balanced and offers a fresh frame, a certain tension, small juiciness as well as a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy peach, kumquat and small notes of juicy/pulpy mandarin associated with touches of small crushed yellow fruits as well as a subtle, almost yuzu-like hint (in the background) and a hint of verbena and acacia. Good length. A hint of iodine and almost butter, even brioche (in the background). A wine with matter, roundness and textured. Saline persistence.
