The nose is fresh and offers a fine incisive side and a taut/stretch. We find notes of quince, juicy brugnon and small notes of kumquat associated with a discreet hint of sage and mandarin blossom. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity and offers minerality, a tangy frame, energy as well as a fine incisive side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/tangy kumquat, Menton lemon and small notes of crispy peach associated with fine hints of small juicy fruits and a subtle, almost buttery hint. Good length and an almost acacia hint. A hint of saltiness on the finish/persistence.
