(organic) The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is enveloping, very fragrant and delicious. It opens with sweet notes of exotic fruits (pineapple, papaya, passion fruit), complemented by aromas of stone fruits (apricot, yellow peach, yellow plum), as well as a tangy touch of ripe green apple and yellow lemon. There is also a delicate saline minerality and a fine floral bouquet (lily, acacia). The palate offers tension and precision. The attack is delicious, with a beautiful roundness of yellow peach and apricot, balanced by a bitter hint of grapefruit and pomelo. In the mid-palate, we smell pineapple and papaya. The finish is persistent and slightly vanilla, with a saline mineral frame, a bitter touch and a pleasant acidity.
