The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is fresh, airy and fragrant. It expresses aromas of white flowers (acacia, lime, apple blossom), fresh yellow apple, green apple, yellow lemon zest and a hint of candied orange. After aeration, we smell notes of honey, passion fruit, a hint of butter, fresh hazelnut, toasted hazelnut, fresh wood and crushed vanilla (a very light touch in the background). The mouth is enveloping, but fresh and chiseled. The attack is tangy and lemony (it expresses the flavors of bitter orange, yellow lemon, candied lime and grapefruit), the mid-palate adds notes of tangy apricot, green apple, a certain roundness of peach as well as an airy floral bouquet (acacia, lime blossom), a limestone mineral frame and a light woody side (fresh hazelnut, toasted hazelnut, a hint of vanilla and fresh wood) and lactic (butter, yogurt, a hint of bread). The finish is delicate, but perfumed and offers a beautiful acidity as well as gourmet brioche and toasted touches. Beautiful complexity, aromatic and delicacy.
