The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is fragrant and lemony. It expresses aromas of orange zest, ripe yellow lemon, grapefruit, crushed clementine as well as green apple (in the background), tangy apricot, a very light vegetal hint that adds freshness, white flowers (acacia, wisteria, apple blossoms) as well as fresh butter, plain yogurt, fresh hazelnut and a very delicate touch of toasted hazelnut and vanilla in the background. The palate is expressive and tasty, with a fragrant, lemony and slightly bitter attack. We find the flavors of grapefruit, orange zest, blood orange, ripe yellow lemon, bergamot (in the background) as well as a racy mineral frame (limestone) and a delicate lactic side (fresh butter, yogurt). The finish is tangy, persistent and delicious, with notes of fresh hazelnut, a hint of toast and fresh almond (we also perceive a delicate woody touch of hay and honey, which appear as the wine develops).
