(organic, aged in amphorae, Sauvignon Blanc) The wine has a lemon yellow color, of medium intensity. The nose offers a beautiful concentration and texture. It expresses notes of orange zest, lemon peel, a hint of candied yellow lemon as well as fresh yellow apple, crushed apricot, fresh melon as well as tea leaf, even dried mint and a smoky hint of bergamot and a touch of blood orange. The palate offers a silky, even dense texture and a concentrated and expressive bouquet of flavors. We find notes of crushed blood orange, crushed yellow lemon, candied lemon peel, fresh yellow apple, a hint of crushed peach, apricot, herbs (tea leaf, hay), dried white flowers and a very delicate touch of saffron on the persistence. The finish is persistent, with a pleasant bitter note of grapefruit, bergamot and lemon zest, combined with a hint of matcha tea. Good acidity and a slight tannic touch that is felt.
