Stella Solare 2022 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fruity and offers a lovely maturity of the fruit. It reveals notes of bright yellow berries, kumquat and small notes of mirabelle plum associated with touches of quince, caviar lemon, a hint of fresh mango as well as hints of roasted pineapple and nutmeg. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity, balanced, beautifully gourmet and offers a tangy frame, juiciness, suavity, tension, accuracy, a crispy, crunchy side. It expresses notes of tangy/pulpy yellow berries, apricot and small notes of kumquat associated with touches of caviar lemon, orange blossom as well as hints of mango and discreet hints of spices. Good length. A lovely little chew on the end of the loop. A discreet salinity on the persistence. A subtle toast and a hint of blood orange. A lovely gourmet, gastronomic, tangy, crispy white wine.
