It expresses notes of tangy fruits (red cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry, black plum), complemented by aromas of wild mint, liquorice, and peony. The palate is enveloping, fresh, and tangy, with flavors of juicy fruits (raspberry, red cherry, red plum, a hint of morello cherry), a good cranberry bitterness, and a touch of mint and peony in the background. The tannins are fine and slightly chalky. Good acidity, gourmandise and good length.
