The nose is aromatic and spicy. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, pepper and small notes of concentrated black berries associated with touches of wild strawberry, pepper as well as fine hints of nutmeg and toast. A certain gourmandise. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a small tension, precision as well as a fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, crushed strawberry and small notes of bright blueberry associated with touches of bright small fruits, vanilla, toasted almond and a hint of cinnamon. Tannins are mellow and gourmand. Good length. A salty hint on the persistence.
