The nose is fruity and offers freshness. We perceive notes of pepper, clove and nutmeg. We also find notes of blackberry, wild strawberry and pepper. The palate is beautifully structured, supple, fresh, with minerality, a tangy frame, a certain tension, a racy, airy and delicate side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of pepper associated with touches of clove as well as fine hints of cornflower and star anise. Fine sappy and floral hints in the background. A fine firmness in the background and a touch of cocoa.
