Vignobles Fraigneau – Labat 2022 – Graves

The nose is fully racy, elegant and offers a beautiful, ample grain, textured and deep. It reveals notes of kumquat, dried zest and small notes of spices, associated with touches of small orange fruits as well as a fine hint of pepper, smoke, fine hints of noble varietal and a subtle hint of macerated fruit. The palate is fruity, elegant, racy, deep, nicely concentrated and offers a good definition, an acidulous frame, suppleness, delicacy as well as sincerity. In mouth this wine expresses notes of kumquat, tangy/juicy mirabelle plum and small notes of macerated small white fruits associated with touches of citrus as well as fine toasted, smoky and sweet pepper. A wine well-built, elegant, with a beautiful texture and grain, gastronomic, taut. Lovely persistence.
