The nose is elegant, clear, powerful and offers a fine austerity. It reveals notes of small black berries, tobacco and small notes of elegant-roasted red fruits associated with fine touches of juniper berries, nutmeg, toasted notes and a discreet hint of tobacco. The palate is fresh and offers minerality, a fresh frame, precision, suppleness, a certain gourmandise as well as a side spherical. In mouth this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, cherry and small notes of elegant roasted red fruits associated with hints of infusion, almost a discreet Mediterranean touch (in the background), graphite, star anise and toast. Good length. A hint of Bourbon vanilla and sweet blond tobacco in the finish. Beautiful freshness. A fine sappy hint in the background. A lovely little mellowness and gourmandise.
