The nose is elegant, gourmand deep and offers fleshiness and a small concentration. A beautiful fresh, powerful and velvety grain. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, blueberry and small notes of cassis associated with touches of concentrated red fruits, as well as hints of cornflower, star anise and a touch of vanilla. The palate is well-built and offers freshness, suppleness as well as a fresh and acidulous frame. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, violet, bright raspberry and more discreetly, small bright red berries associated with touches of star anise, toasted notes, nutmeg, fine hints of licorice stick, saline gravels and beautifull vanilla hints. A precise, elegant and mellow wine that deserves to be kept. A hint of incense in the background, concentration and a little elegant darkness. Beautiful persistence.
