The nose is fresh, racy, peppery and delicate and offers great depth. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, cubeb pepper and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of raspberry as well as a hint small concentrated dark fruits and offers a discreet spiced touch. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, elegant and airy, offering creaminess in perfect balance and suppleness. It expresses notes of concentrated cassis, dense blackberry and small notes of bright raspberry associated with touches of cornflower, star anise and hints of violet and graphite, as well as a fine almost aniseed note. Good length. A wine that offers freshness, minerality and a beautifully intricate texture.
