The nose is elegant, precise, chiselled, deep and offers a discreet smokiness side. We find notes of wild blackberry, delicate pepper and more lightly, small ripe/pulpy fruits, associated with fine hints of graphene, discreet, almost aniseed hints, lilac as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is well-built, supple, elegant, racy, nicely chiseled and offers a graphene/fine chalky side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of boysenberry, concentrated cassis and more lightly, small elegant-roasted red fruits. Elegant darkness. Lovely chalky tannins, elegant and tasty. Depth, concentration and elegance.
