The nose is spicy, mineral, currently a little tight, It needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of fresh wild blackberry, violet and small notes of racy minerality associated with touches of spice, nutmeg, as well as a discreet hint of camphor, flint and star anise. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity and offers minerality, a fresh frame, suppleness, gourmandise, precision and a nice definition. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cassis and more discreetly, bright bigarreau cherry associated with touches of cornflower, nutmeg and hints of blond tobacco, toasted notes and toasted almond. Good length. We find also bright bigarreau cherry notes cherries. The wine offers gourmandise, a lovely delicate silky texture, pulpy and a fine mellow finish.
