The nose is racy, mineral and juicy. It reveals notes of fresh/bright cherry, pulpy violet plum and more discreetly, cherry blossoms associated with little touches of pepper, rose, as well as fine hints of fresh blond tobacco and star anise. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave and offers a mineral and tangy frame, pulpy, brightness, a touch of gourmandise, a lovely silkiness and fruit purity. It expresses notes of bright cherry, bright pulpy cassis and small notes of bright raspberry associated with touches of star anise, cherry blossoms, as well as hints of licorice stick and chocolate. Good length and offers a hint of chocolate. Tannins are fresh and tasty.
