The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, mineral, with juiciness, a tangy and sappy frame, freshness, discreetly tight and finely iodized. It expresses notes of pulpy cassis, small dense/juicy berries small notes of violets, associated with touches of mineral, camphor, graphene and a hint of coffee in the background. A subtle hint of eucalyptus and dark chocolate note in the background. Tannins are fresh.
