The nose is fruity, elegant, nicely fine in its power and offers a lovely silkiness as well as a certain power in accuracy. We find notes of fleshy blackberry and small ripe black fruits associated with touches of roasted-elegant red berries, as well as fine hints of violet, racy minerality and a subtle, almost aniseed-like hint. On the palate, the wine is well-built, supple, fresh, pulpy, creamy, intensely fresh, nicely iodized, delicate, airy, nicely deep and offers an infusion side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy cassis, violet and more lightly, small brilliant black fruits, roasted-elegant red berries as well as hints of lilac, nutmeg and a discreet hint of toast, tonka bean and Bourbon vanilla. A very discreet hint of blueberry in the background. It’s lace !
