The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness, suppleness, delicacy, a tangy frame, a small creaminess all in freshness as well as a remarkable energy. A good definition. In mouth this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, raspberry and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of cornflowers, chocolate and toasted hazelnut, completed by a subtle hint of vanilla in the background. Fine saline hints and a hint of liquorice on the finish.
