The nose is fruity, offering a certain depth, a fine intensity as well as a certain delicacy in its pulpiness. We find notes of pulpy raspberry, small crushed red berries and more lightly, juicy blackberry, associated with touches of violet as well as a subtle, almost balsamic hint of cherry blossom and licorice stick. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers minerality, freshness, suppleness, a certain tension as well as roundness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, small red berries and more lightly, fresh raspberry, associated with floral touches, a hint of cranberries as well as fine hints of licorice stick, nutmeg, chocolate/spice and blond tobacco. Good length.
