The nose is elegant and harmonious, offering fine power and textured finesse. We find notes of boysenberry, crushed strawberry and more lightly, crushed raspberry associated with fine hints of small juicy/ripe blue fruits, a hint of cherry blossom, zan, as well as a discreet hint of sweet pepper, a very discreet hint of chocolate and an imperceptible, almost balsamic hint. The palate is elegant, silky, delicate and offers a nice fatness and delicacy as well as a gourmandise. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, pulpy raspberry and more lightly, small bright red berries, associated with touches of fresh lilac, sap, fine hints of brilliant fruit, as well as a hint of toastiness, infusion and a very discreet, almost black-olive hint.
