Château Océale 2022 – Haut-Médoc

The nose is fruity, with an aerial side, expansive quality and power in its grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, small wild red berries and small notes of ripe cherry, associated with touches of pepper as well as fine hints of spice, a subtle, almost oceanic side, with a discreet hint of pine needle. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, elegant, silky, gourmand with a lovely texture. It expresses notes of pulpy cherry, wild redcurrant and more discreetly, cornflower, associated with touches of nutmeg, as well as fine hints of almond and toast. Good length. A fine hint of roasted-elegant and cornflower.
