Château de Malleret 2022 – Haut-Médoc, Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel

The nose is racy, clear and peppery, with a good finish. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, raspberry and small notes of sweet pepper, spices and a fine hint of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, juicy, with a small concentration, a certain fat, gourmandise, nice material and a unctuous, gourmand texture. In mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, raspberry and small notes of bright morello cherry, associated with touches of licorice stick, nutmeg and a fine hint of cornflower, strawberry and chocolate, with a subtle hint of spice and almost a touch of black olive in the background. Good length. A wine fresh and juicy.
