The nose is fruity, precise and offers a certain depth of fruit. A nice fleshy texture, gourmand and elegant. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, concentrated strawberry and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of lily, Cubeb pepper as well as hints of liquorice stick. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, suppleness and a certain delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cherry, raspberry and small notes of fresh/bright cassis associated with touches of blueberry, fresh cornflowers as well as a hint of bright/shiny small fruits. Fine hints of cocoa and cardamom in the background. Tannins are mellow. Good length. A fine empyreumatic hint on the finish.
