Château Cailloux de By 2022 – Médoc

The nose is elegant and harmonious, with fruit and a certain depth of finesse. It reveals notes of brilliant boysenberry, wild strawberry small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of small crushed fruits, as well as a hint of toastiness, almost fennel, and infusion. The palate is beautifully fruity, gourmand pulpy, with an enveloping fat, a tangy frame and a fine airy side in its richness/pulpiness. It expresses notes of pulpy cherry, crushed redcurrant small notes of fresh blueberry, associated with fine hints of violet, infusion, as well as hints of lilac and a subtle hint of sappy and salinity. Good length. Tannins are sapid and gourmand.
